I know a critique should not start with the word 'dude', but DUDE this is an awesome design. I genuinely don't know if this is your original design/character, but she is nontheless impressive. Her design is both simplistic and impactful, both serious and playful/silly - it reminds me of a character Hayao Miyasaki, Astrid Lindgren or Alex Hirsch would think of. And if it wasn't then I would bet it one of theirs.
The backpack and the mask also spark interest in her character and give off some serious abivalent vibes: While the Backpack suggests the girl is an ordinary schoolgirl, the mask gives some mystery and raises interest. If I had to guess I would say she's some maincharacter in a mystery-series and sure hope this was your intended goal.
